LEC Guidelines

Are you interested in understanding what you can and cannot plant when living in Sun City Palm Desert? The Lifestyle Enhancement Committee (LEC) has answers to this and more in the LEC Design Guide.

These guidelines walk you through the process of gaining LEC approval when making improvements and/or repairs to your home and landscape. Not everything needs to be approved so be sure to read and understand the protocols used in maintaining our lovely community.
